Following the complaint, MOTRINDE S.A. processes the data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, approved by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, Law no. 58/2019, of August 8, which ensures the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in the national legal order, and Law no. 59/2019, of August 8, which approves the rules governing the processing of data. 58/2019, of August 8, which ensures the implementation, in the national legal order, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and Law no. 59/2019, of August 8, which approves the rules on the processing of personal data for the purposes of the prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of criminal offenses or the execution of criminal penalties.
